I’m persuaded that the King is indeed Obama, because Q’s tweet about it started with the bit about “Graham shoots down Trump’s call for Obama testimony on Russia probe origins” (Protecting Obama!)
I take back my guess that Hillary is the King.
And she’s not the Queen, either.

because the Politio Article also in Q’s post tells us that:
