I spoke too soon. THe text indicates that Doctors are not permitted to prescribe HCQ lest they participate in “unprofessional conduct.”
But on the thread in the forum, a Californian says her doctor prescribed it 2 weeks ago. So it depends on your doctor whether they choose to cite the Pharma “rules” or not. very encouraging to hear that her doc did what he felt was best, not what the rules pressured him to do. :)
