My initial reading shows that the treatment is most efficacious when started early. Currently, most people find they can't get the HZA (hydroxychnoroquine, z-pak, azithromycin) unless they are hospitalized, which is frequently too late.
Anybody have any more current info?

You are right. One of the most successful Covid-19 doctors, who has treated hundreds of patients, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko has been saying what you just said since March.
