I don’t understand how the term perjury continues to used. Flynn never took the stand to be questioned during a trail.

The way the Dems think: Since he wants to withdraw his guilty plea of lying to the FBI, he is now guilty of perjury.
It’s called process crimes. The DS is very proficient at this procedure.
He said he was guilty. If that’s not true, it’s perjury. QED.
