Hmm, trying to grok. Why did they ask to see the unmasked docs etc if they were never going to actually use the unmasking procedure? Why didn’t just Clapper do it? How did having all those names asking help set it up? I really apologize but this is beyond my ken.Maybe spread the names, the requests to different people to hid the pattern. If one person demasked every time, it would be obvious. But when several, possibly unrelated people request, it doesn't look like the unmasking events are all related.
