There goes the suspense on how he's going to recommend to the court in his new role as quasi prosecutor making 'arguments'.

They'll milk this out, it'll wend its way through appeals, then on to the Supreme Court, where it will be laughed out of court.

And Flynn will be in the clear in time to join Trump in his next administration (v2).
