I scroll and scroll, yet nary a blip of knowledge or understanding provided.

It's best that you scroll on down the road then, Colonel Flagg.

Very interesting.

If we had a Chief Spook here, Steven W., I would nominate you.

It was inevitable that Sessions would have to recuse himself - he was in the Trump campaign and setup by the deep state to take the fall. He is also thus a witness in the coup matters and he can’t be the prosecutor and a witness at the same time ... unless apparently one’s in the deep state and in Judge Sullivan’s court. TBD + WWG1WGA :)

If the prosecution and defense both want to drop a case, can a federal judge refuse and sentence the defendant anyway? The easy call should be no, which makes all the more bizarre federal Judge Emmet Sullivan’s decision Tuesday to invite outside briefs in the Michael Flynn case

Good news!

DC Circuit Court overrules Judge Leon in Fokker DPA case (Judge Sullivan can pound sand - it’s over)

"Tuesday’s appellate opinion (pdf) written by Circuit Judge Sri Srinivasan said, “The Constitution allocates primacy in criminal charging decisions to the Executive Branch.”"

This overkill with regards to Sessions is part of the show.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Agreed.
I just don't understand it yet.
I agree about Sessions having some role in upcoming trials. It doesn’t seem likely to me that he’s going to win his runoff with Tuberville in July, especially with POTUS slamming him so hard - which begs the question. If Sessions understands his role, then why is he running in the first place? If Trump wants him to lose, then what purpose does it serve to run and get beat? Eventually it will make sense.
I have another “Dog that didn’t bark”
SO ... with DECLAS thus far ... we now know that all the Hussein people that were unmasking Flynn ... and we know, in their depositions, these same people all admitted they had no evidence of collusion etc.
SO ... what were they spying on then?
KNOWINGLY!
TBD + WWG1WGA :)
Well that’s really interesting. I missed the whole business about the notes, and now of course am fascinated by it. I found this guys video which has over 1 million views, to provide some logical analysis:
https://youtu.be/KhDsYqGl1gk?list=PLyhGog3Ssuf-tYJatbEhYlF0ulguONfng
As he says, whatever the cards said must be succinct and impactful because of the reaction of those who received them and the fact that they reacted almost instantly.
My best guess of what was printed on the card that would do that?
“We have it all”.
Interesting tidbit. If Deep State involvement in FF’s and other assorted murders starts coming out soon, then we’ll have definitely entered a new phase. It’s probably coming soon anyway with info about Seth Rich likely to come out soon. Grab the popcorn.
Further consider - I believe that case is a *civil* case - where there is at least something somewhere to base an “amicus” or anything on ... there is NOTHING in the criminal realm. I presume the DC Court of Appeals would be the venue where Sidney Powell would have to go for relief.
That’s troubling me too. Didn’t the President even endorse Sessions’ primary opponent? That’s harsh, so there seems to be more there than we know. I’m not privy to the details of the plan, but I’d like to think we’re past the point of still needing disinformation in the case of Sessions.
Another possibility is that, since the R’s held the House and Senate at the time, had Sessions refused to recuse, the President is steadfast in his belief that there wouldn’t have been any fallout and Mueller wouldn’t have had to happen. He’s wrong, of course, because of all the compromised R’s that infected the House and Senate, but we all know that the President prizes loyalty practically above all else. He might have just wanted to see some pushback.
A third option is that Sessions may still be needed in a court or tribunal setting, and somebody thinks that the appearance of some amount of enmity between he and PDJT will give Sessions’ statements more credibility. That’s less likely.
Hard to say, but it makes me squirm just a bit when the President piles it on Sessions so thickly.
I have thought for a long time that Sesssions isn’t mean to win the Senate but has another important role to play. By running, he’s making his character and position clear (white hat to the max) and also not getting his feathers ruffled by Trump’s goads. Seems that whatever role he will play is more important than the Senate seat.
#996 I have no doubt these scum have spied on and extorted Judges to play ball on the court rulings or be exposed for something in their closets.
They used the IRS to go after Conservative groups after Citizens united.
They spied on Congress
They spied on Republican Candidates
They spied on the Republican Nominee
They attempted a Coup to remove POTUS Trump
They set up a NSC Director
They tried to set up Papadopolus
They tried to set up Don Jr.
Yeah they GOT TO several Judges. IMHO John Roberts, the Palin Judge Radoff and after Barky’s leaked audio...he was sending a clear message to Sullivan.
“The Constitution allocates primacy in criminal charging decisions to the Executive Branch.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Can you tell me in first grader’s lingo what this means? If you think it’s good I’m sure it is.

That’s the only likely option. The second option is not happening. Trump knew why Sessions had to recuse and likely knew beforehand anyway.

Judges cannot prosecute. IF the executive branch says, we’re dropping the case, the judge can’t go ahead and sentence.
