Testing, either for the corona virus that may be present, or for the antibodies produced, will do nothing for the spread or cure of the disease. At best, all testing is a mere snapshot of the moment the test specimen was collected.

Social distancing, keeping only the sick or vulnerable population under quarantine (which is fourteen days, and NOT forty days), frequent hand washing and sanitary control of surfaces, as well as plenty of sunshine and fresh air, are the keys for getting a handle on this spread of plague. No matter how promising some early results may be, it will still be some time before a safe, reliable immunization protocol will be available.

Well, no. Some parts of the US may be doing ok with testing; the hardest hit parts are doing badly, and yes, that is partly the fault of those states.

Our testing is nothing to boast of.
