Fleeing the scene?
He could be fleeing from getting a DUI charge, or from vehicular manslaughter (which is different from murder).
A $200,000 bail probably means little to a guy who has so much money he could afford a $250,000 2020 McLaren and drive it drunk. A lot of people would lose control of such a beast stone cold sober.
