I’ll find it even funnier when Judge Sullivan hammers the prosecutors who lied to him, who withheld Brady material, who ignored two of Judge Sullivan’s orders produce all the Brady material they had, and in both cases prosecutor Van Grack lied to the judge about it. That’s all public knowledge now, thus Judge Sullivan has been made a fool of by the now former Flynn prosecutors. And if Sullivan doesn’t bring down the hammer on those former prosecutors he will be seen as a fool by his colleagues on the bench and by the public in general, and he knows it. He also knows it would set a very bad precendent to allow DoJ prosecutors to committ felonies in his court and on his court. Judge Sullivan has no choice but to bring down the Hammer of Thor on the scumbag former prosecutors.
