In any given liberal-ruled state, authorities are not allowed to institutionalize homeless mental cases. But they can be rounded up and set up in hotels with all the amenities, including (in SF, CA) booze and drugs, and, presumably, needed medication and, according to this article, treatment; the exact same conditions they would experience if institutionalized. Only in liberal America.
Illegals allowed to live crammed together in illegal apartments, illegal multi-family dwelling because MA needs warm bodies. And MA doesn’t give a damn about the conditions they’re living in.
