Information released in the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss the case it brought against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn confirms the significance of a Jan. 5, 2017, meeting at the Obama White House. It was at this meeting that President Barack Obama gave guidance to key officials who would be tasked with protecting his administration’s utilization of secretly funded Clinton campaign research, which alleged Donald Trump was involved in a treasonous plot to collude with Russia, from being discovered or stopped by the incoming administration.
“President Obama said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia,” national security adviser Susan Rice wrote in an unusual email to herself about the meeting, which was also attended by Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, FBI Director James Comey and Vice President Joe Biden.
A clearer picture is emerging of the drastic steps that were taken to accomplish Obama’s goal in the following weeks and months. Shortly thereafter, high-level operatives began intensely leaking selective information supporting a supposed Russia-Trump conspiracy theory, the incoming national security adviser was ambushed, and the incoming attorney general was forced to recuse himself from oversight of investigations of President Trump. At each major point in the operation, explosive media leaks were a key strategy in the operation to take down Trump.
Not only was information on Russia not fully shared with the incoming Trump team, as Obama directed, the leaks and ambushes made the transition chaotic, scared quality individuals away from working in the administration, made effective governance almost impossible and materially damaged national security.

How people have so quickly forgotten about those Stroak (sp?)/Page emails where Page typed, "POTUS wants to know everything we are doing." He was in on it from the beginning; and, since this meeting took place in the Oval Office, it would seem he was in at the beginning of the planning stage.

No one in their right mind should believe Susan Rice’s email to herself is nothing other than a cya e-mail, detailing the exact opposite of what was happening. It is a sham. Rice needs her ass in prison for a very long time, along with everyone else in the room. That includes Biden.

This is a valuable timeline that lays out the scheme. If we had a real media, they would critically examine this article in light of their prior reporting.
The FACT that her timeline includes the felonious leaking of classified information used to create and sustain a narrative with real goals that were achieved (Flynn fired, Sessions recused, a Special Counsel with no oversight appointed) is pretty strong proof that this was a coordinated conspiracy.
A conspiracy that was able to function due to a complicit media, a complicit GOP congress, a weak AG appointee, and a corrupt DOJ.
It is past time for accountability with criminal prosecutions. Barr says he wants to restore faith in the system, but anything less than real consequences for those who carried out this coup attempt and deprived a President (and 60 million voters) of the true power of his office for two years is unacceptable.
Obama and his cohorts are a bit uncomfortable and frightened that there are determined prosecutors investigating their misconduct and crimes. However they know that most of the Washington DC and northern Virginia judiciary are Obama, Democratic appointees. Pro Democrat grand juries and trial juries are to be expected. It will be difficult to prosecute these lowlifes.
There is a big difference between the Mueller and Barr/Durham investigations: LEAKS. We knew everything Mueller was doing, but Barr/Durham have played it very close to the vest. Do they have a good hand? I imagine we’ll find out, one way or the other, within the next few months.
So Barr's plan should be to flip Rice...offer her 6 months house arrest vs 5 years hard time...to give up the Magic Negro.
The thing is, if Comey, Clapper, etc. had just accepted the fact that they had a new boss, and no longer took orders from Obama, then they would not all potentially be going to jail.
They could have easily kept it quiet that they were spying on Trump during the campaign, - or even TOLD HIM... but they tried to use ‘Russia collusion’ to actually unseat him.
That is why the trials should be held somewhere outside of DC and the Acela Corridor. Someplace like Texas.

but Clapper is another possibility. He once said (in 2018) “If it weren’t for President Obama, we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set off a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today, notably, special counsel Mueller’s investigation.” He’s already implicated Obama.
If one flips more are sure to follow in the rush to get the best deal they can.

BACKSTORY Pres Obama’s maneuver of January 3, 2017-——his signing of NSA Data-Sharing Order Section 2.3 out of AG Lynch’s office ——is the coupe d’etat to blow out The Deep State. Obama’s original ex/order contains some unusual language particularly the convoluted language WRT “The Strategic Delay of Section 2.3 of Obama’s Executive Order 12333.”
NOTE WELL: Prior to the formal signing of Section 2.3, greater latitude ALREADY existed within the White House in regards to collection of information – especially in relation to the Trump Campaign. However, once signed, Section 2.3 granted broad latitude to inter-agency sharing of information.
But by the time Obama’s new executive order was signed on January 3, 2017, all that information was already in the possession of Obama White House. Thus, Susan Rice’s January 20, 2017 email to herself takes on an even greater significance b/c no one was ever supposed to know about the REAL meaning of Obama’s retroactive actions.....until Rice stupidly laid it all out in an official email.

Her intellectually facile “By-The-Book” reference -refers to both she and then-President Obama being told by CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director Comey, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, that President Trump was the subject of an active counterintelligence investigation to determine if he was under the influence of the Russian government. But they NEVER told candidate Trump about it.
Even the timing of Rice’s Oz-ish memo, written 15 minutes prior to the end of the Obama administration, is ex-post-facto useful as evidence of the author’s intent.......as Suzan stupidly confesses to a host of crimes.What people miss about Susan Rice and her need to write that last memo is her attempt to craft a record of a ‘COUNTER-INTEL’ operation that was ongoing and that Obama had instructed that everything be done ‘by the book’.
What is significant here is that during a counter-intel investigation, it is permissible to lie, or in official terms ‘to disseminate disinformation’.
As long as the Obama spying was characterized as a counter-intel operation, it was legal to have words and actions left in place that might be discovered as untrue.
In other words, Rice’s final memo was an attempt to carve out a last minute get-out-of-jail pass for all those involved in the spying.
Rice likely foresaw that her successor Gen Flynn, and Congressional hearings might uncover false and perjured statements on the part of persons in the spy operation to which the response would be “So what? It was a Counter-Intel operation.”
This is why it was IMPERATIVE for Barr and Durham to investigate the ORIGINS because if the origins revealed no predicate, no basis, no genuine probable cause for launching a counter-intel operation, then Rice’s feeble stay-out-of-jail memo would fall apart.
