I listened to that call from 0. He only stutters and wanders around like that when he is lying and winging it. Guy is very worried. Interesting. The Schiff testimonies show that none of his lap dogs are going down for him. They are already on the record as fingering him as the ring leader.
Exactly what I was thinking when I heard it. I think we had all realized that he couldn't string together a coherent sentence without a teleprompter when he was still in office. My husband used to go nuts watching him rotate his head: Teleprompter to the right, teleprompter center, teleprompter left, repeat.
