Virginia has little fraud. Voter ID is required with no early voting and absentee voting is for certain reasons only such as business travel.
Blexit was supposed to happen in 2018 and it did not materialize. Trump's own campaign target for black percent is 13% which is much better than the 8% he received in 2016. 13% seems reasonable and realistic to me.

VA is cursed with Fairfax and Louden counties. Both grew exponentially under Obama’s watch. My Brother in law lived in Sterling and saw it all happen.
