It appears they have been charged in the lowest court and that a grand jury will hear the case in June.

Good news. I was concerned they might have by-passed the grand jury.

.It was kind of weird because the current DA was saying he was going to let a grand jury decide whether or not to charge them.

Which told me he didn’t think he had enough to build a case.
