Did the ‘jogger’, jog to this neighborhood from his mother’s house? Was jogging his only means of transportation?
My educated guess is that Arbery had an accomplice that drove him there or he had a car parked somewhere. This neighborhood is isolated and on a peninsula. There would be no reason for him to just be walking through the neighborhood.
