He’s taking me out for my belated birthday dinner in a couple days. We’d have gone sooner, but everything was closed. My favorite restaurant opens Wednesday, so that’s when my new birthday is! ;)
I have a similar little Kimber for my every day carry. Not the fancy one like yours. But plain, stainless with rosewood grips.

They have a steep feed ramp so they are very finicky about the type of ammunition they will reliably chamber. They like real smooth noses on the bullet.
