No. I’m not saying they’re making it up.
What I’m basically saying is who cares if it does that. It’s completely meaningless. If you’re infected with a cold, the cold virus is in your eyes.
The political aspect of this is the fear mongering. They think “it enters through the eyes” will have a psychological effect on people.
Their goal is to stop Trump, and to control the rest of us.
These kinds of viruses enter through eyes.
It’s not new information.
But they think it will scare the public.
Hard to get used to their stupid tactics.

After being on this thread you should realize it is more important to wear your glasses and protect your eyes from intrusions by covid-19,than wearing the N-95 mask.

I haven’t been wearing masks, etc., But realized the other day that my old paintball faceshield would be just right to cover the eyes and not interfere with mask or regular glasses. Not airtight, but at least no direct “straight-line” route to eyes. Some filtration system in industry make use of forcing airflow to make sharp corners, without any actual filtration media.
If there is a bad second wave I might well make use of that old paintball faceshield.
No surprise, just makes common sense. I have been wearing these when out and about shopping.
