How did the generation that won WWII and the cold war give rise to such a generation of snowflakes?

If a person who visits the pool contracts COVID,

Pools will be sued and they will be closed down. Mark my words.

Maybe we could hire a federal, state or city employees to monitor the vertical distances at pools?

Great idea. I want them to have to monitor it from "below".

I’d like to know that myself-there are few snowflakes/karens in this rural area-they live in the couple of little gated enclaves on the river and lake. I’m one of the older people out here who are pretty sure we had a mild case of the Wuhan virus that was nasty and lasted a few days, knocked out with a favorite homeopathic remedy.

The only confirmed cases in the county-6 of them-either worked in the city or had been hanging out with someone who does-everyone recovered and only 2 went to a hospital-in Kerrville, not SA-it appears we either had or have developed some sort of herd immunity by not rushing to put on masks, gloves, hazmat suits etc to go grocery shopping at the local store-just some simple precautions like hand washing, not touching face, etc. I’m into natural living, healthy diet and weight, workouts and physical job, etc, like a lot of other people, but it isn’t something I just do in flu season-it is a way of life I’ve followed since childhood-don’t know if that makes a difference, but I suspect it does.

People are never, ever going to be healthy enough to have immunity to anything if they are fat, eating bad food and taking too many drugs of all kinds, huddling indoors in the dark in fear of the Wuhan virus, avoiding going out into the fresh air and sunshine to exercise unless they are masking up to scuttle off to the grocery store or a fast food window...

How in the hell did so many people become afraid of their own shadows and forget how to be responsible adults?

Only pools without water will be allowed to open.

That is all.

Why would you trust a modern vaccine? Especially one approved by the blatantly partisan and corrupted FDA under Fauci?

Apparently you have no understanding of numerical analysis. Show me one area in the US that would succumb to medical system overload if pools are opening. That includes NYC, where Governor Cuomo has admitted that two thirds of new cases are from the locked down portion of the populace.

That lie has sailed, and sank 20 feet out in the harbor.

I’m not worried about me. I grew up in Texas and used to vacation in Arkansas.

My hubby is a California native. Culture shock for him.

We are going to rent for awhile. He’s still wanting us to look in Idaho.

The phased in openings are unfair because they’re so arbitrary.
