“social distancing for all others, this next point is confusing, it seems they want social distancing in the pool”

***

No way that the pool lifeguard will enforce this. His job (and his paycheck) is safety...NOT POLICING. I predict (just like my local supermarket line-up) that there will be people who will NOT do the 6-feet thingy’ and chill out with beers. My nephew was a lifeguard for a school pool center and his only headache were idiots bringing alcohol.

We are going to have to deal with a lot of inconvenience until we get a vaccine that is readily available and or some form of reliable treatment. Until then, there are places and activities that I am not going to even think about. Public pools and movie theaters are near the top of that list. Some places are relaxing restrictions too fast and we are likely to see a spike in infections.

Yep. Lets infect and kill as many people as possible and crush the health care system while we are at it.

Open the pools but ban all water sports. The Democrats have to ban something.

So avoid any places you don’t want to go. But don’t lose them for the rest of us that are not afraid. It time to open this country back up. The shutdown did nothing but destroy our economy and ruin lives

Ours won’t. We’ve already been told. Maybe midsummer. But then again we have democrat governor who acts like he’s terrified of making a decision.

That is because every bureaucrat and politician (to include elected judges) now has the opportunity to show what a great leader they are.

They are stumbling and falling over each other, trying to outdo the guy next to them in order to show that “they did something!”

No matter what it is, they will take it to the next higher level in an effort to get their name out there, to show “leadership.”

Here in Texas we also closed most of the parks (technically all of them but they couldn’t enforce that). So the geniuses in government trying to think for the people locked up all the toilets that were permanent structures, removed the portable toilets and shut off the water. Guess what the parks smell like now? Do you think that’s a health risk? They are literally IDIOTS!

A spike in infections mean we are one step closer to herd immunity.

Fauci already issued his guideline. “We will allow pools to open when we can guarantee not a single kid will pee in the water!” So we’re close.

so you are capable of hyperbole

the facts are
1). the health care system has never been close to being crushed and most hospitals are sitting empty

2) well over 98% of people that get this recover with no ongoing problems

3) there is no proof that shutting things down has done anything but rio. the economy and people’s lives

4) some suggest the death toll from the shutdown has costs more lives than covid particularly with suicides and those afraid to seek care for other conditions

if you really want to cause maximum harm continue the shutdown.

Unless it’s absolutely necessary, I never use the words “s****l d********g”.

That communist slogan is akin to profanity to me. I’m shocked at how many freepers use it without hesitation.

We already have the treatment. The Hydroxychloroquine-Azithromycin-Zinc combo. That has been proven.

I’m living my life as I always have and am doing what I want. I have a very strong immune system and the last thing on my mind is a Chinese chest cold.

Remember, this glorified chest cold has a 99.5% survival rate. Don’t let the media and the wicked “Karens” scare you into changing your lifestyle.

The communists have a new slogan called “The New Normal”. I violently reject that and will not comply.
