Vanity- Does anyone know if Florida will still require a 14 day quarantine for travelers from NY/NJ area one the restaurants and beaches open?

They have checkpoints, apparently, at least for those driving. Likely hotels have some kind of boilerplate for you to sign, too, and you lie at your legal peril.

I had heard that LEOs were checking arrivals at PBI, but I don't know how accurate that is and to what effect..

NJ is a sh*t state. I don’t blame anyone for trashing NJ plated people. Yes,I am from NJ. I know NJ trash people. They will trash everywhere they occupy.

These days, I vacation at the Alabama Gulf Coast, which is beautiful.

But, when it comes to Florida, I prefer the panhandle. When I was a child, we would vacation at Fort Walton Beach.

Once, in the early 80’s, we went to Panama City.

IMO, the Alabama Coast and the Florida Panhandle are the best places to vacation. South Florida is too crowded for me.

Most places the second they open their mouth you can tell. In the Yankee occupied portions of south Florida, perhaps not.
