Only a guess, check to see if it has a couple of print jobs alreary spooled and clear that. Could be left over jobs from a previous printer, uninstall any left over drivers. Might need to boot into Safe Mode to get yhem all, sometimes windows does not show duplicates except in safe mode.We have a winner. Now, pay taxes on that.
