Printer could’ve been sitting in a warehouse for months, giving time for ink cartridges to dry, and nozzles to dry up. (I’m not an expert, but just a thought.)
Ink cartridges are not installed in a printer sitting in a warehouse. The cartridges are usually in hermetically sealed packs and you don’t open the packs until you install them in the printer so the likelihood of the jets being clogged with dry ink is nil, zero, zip, zilch.
