.... General Flynn is a a True Believer in that old piece of dried up parchment called the United States Constitution. In other words, he’s a patriot. Obama hates him because patriots are the only thin standing In the way of the progressive march.
Several reasons

3) he knew how the spy units were misused and had promised to investigate them. He was calling for an audit of the CIA
