WP story was on 1/5 ... immediately after Yates supposedly found out about phone call from Hussein in White House. It’s funny AE explains how he was cutoff by editors at WP who couldn’t figure out what value there was to the story given it should be expected that Flynn would be speaking with his counterparts. But AE says all these sources of his were saying there were all these suspicious communications of which there were none ... so he didn’t get to layout the scheme the way Hussein & Brennan wished so they had to push it on Ignatius. AE then goes own to explain / brag that Ignatius was just pushing the dirt he’d been given because he’s an editorial guy and didn’t have the ability to get the full document etc. and tie to what Yates was saying as AE did.
