I keep coming back to the early days of Q when there was a focus on military tribunals.

I think the “top” of the plot is a multinational abuse of the 5 Eyes IC agreement where a member country can obtain information on a home country and pass it to the home country without a FISA warrant (in our case).

Basically, the military and IC secrets are being sold by the politicians of a handful of countries to generate cash for campaigns and graft. China, Russia and Saudi Arabia are probably the biggest buyers of the secrets. That is the cash machine.

The pedophilia and sex stuff is just blackmail to keep the dirty politicians in line.

Essentially, the RICO corruption is so big and widespread, there is no one person to protect — it is the whole gang.
