Actually these courses are not in White neighborhoods. But Lighthead doesn’t care. The City will open when she decides what will open.
Yesterday, Lighthead and Putzker warned the people of Illinois if they don’t follow their edicts, the phase in plans will be canceled and the State will go back to total lock-down.

Most of the municipal courses are in formerly white neighborhoods. The county courses, Billy Caldwell, Edgebrook and Indian Boundary, are in good neighborhoods.
