They were not at first. The evidence is clear.

Not my call, or opinion. I'm posting text from the DA. As we are frequently reminded, especially over the past 3-1/2 years, people are arrested, prosecuted and sometimes even jailed for political reasons all the time. Officer Darren Wilson was prosecuted for shooting Michael Brown...

These men will be tried in front of a jury of their peers. Based on the video, I doubt they will be convicted of murder. That doesn't mean what they did was right. It just means the evidence doesn't prove murder.
