If I am in reasonable fear for my life because too brain-dead fat hicks pull up with guns and order me to stop, then HELL F-CKING YES I'm going to do everything in my damn power to disarm and hopefully hurt/main/kill both of them. You are in reasonable fear for your life!
But you, evidently, would stand there like an idiot and say "pardon me gentlemen, may I lick your boots? Please don't shoot me."
What a joke.
No, what I'm saying is clearly documented above. My statements are based on the video evidence at hand. Nothing else.
in an encounter between an unarmed man and two armed men who are ordering the unarmed man to stop the UNARMED man is the aggressor if he takes action to prevent himself from being shot?
How do you know the decedent took that action to stop from being shot? How do you know he didn't physically attack and try to disarm the man with the gun because he was in the process of being caught/detained and didn't like it?
Do ya think that's a normal response for someone out for an innocent jog? Come on now.
If it were me, and I'm innocently jogging unarmed in broad daylight, I'd put my hands up and say, please, ya got the wrong guy, but call the cops, no problem, I'll wait right here.
If I were stupid, guilty, desparate and possibly about to be caught/detained or arrested, I too might try something this stupid, like running 20' right at an individual holding a shotgun and try to disarm him...lol
Btw, you might be this stupid, but I can assure you, that would be the very last thing I would do.
LOL! Being impartial clearly isn't one of your personality traits.
For the protection of everyone, lets hope people like you never serve on a jury.

Saying “stop we just want to talk to you” is NOT ordering someone to stop.
Yelling “STOP! STOP IT!” at someone charging you is a WARNING. Don’t come at me.
You are confusing the events. Go listen to the 911 call and watch the videos again and employ critical thinking skills.
