How do you know the decedent took that action to stop from being shot? How do you know he didn't physically attack and try to disarm the man with the gun because he was in the process of being caught/detained and didn't like it?

Be honest if ya can. Do you think it was reasonable the descendant ran 20' right at the person with the gun and physically attacked and attempted to physically disarm him after being told they wanted to speak to him and or put him under citizens arrest?
