That's all fine and good, but I'm referring to the actual shooting event. It was clear the descendant ran right at the person with the gun and attempted to physically disarm him.
Do you think that's the normal response for someone out for an innocent jog? I don't think so.

The driver exited the vehicle with a shotgun to engage the runner on the passenger side. Is it in the wrong to confront the driver and defend oneself? Is that not the entire point of stand your ground? The man in the truck bed had a .357, the jogger made a choice to engage the driver and lost.
