I don’t think AI will replace a combat pilot anytime soon. Probably not as long as I live (am 72, smile).
Probably not in the next 50 years. May be NEVER.

Never teach machines the best way to kill humans. I will not end well.
As to dogfighting, a plane without a human inside can pull more G’s. I know, BVR missles, so what happens when you splash 8 killer drones, are Winchester and still have another 4 drones heading your way?
Like I said, don’t teach machines how to kill humans.
