There is no jurisdiction that has required every single person to stay home. In all jurisdictions business are still open. One can still leave one’s house. Such hyperbolic claims do not help your case.

LOL. Talk about someone needing to do some research. Hey, you might want to check the news from places like, say, California lately. Regardless of whether the citizenry is obeying, there currently exist stay-at-home orders in the majority of the states in the US right now, exceptions only for "essential" workers and grocery stores.
