I love life but I also cherish the ability that we have, which is to Live life. A nasty Flu Bug just plain sucks but the world is filled with those that cherish fear and prey on the weak. Division and panic brings about more fear and less life to be lived... Keep more people scared to move beyond the “safety” of their homes and watch that leading cause of death skyrocket in the future.
We got a reminder of the fragility of life this morning. During our Safety Huddle this morning we mentioned the bad car wreck just down the street and the large presence of Fire Trucks and an Ambulance. I could hear a helicopter over at the small airport and pointed out that it was Life Flight that was transporting the person to the hospital. We watched it take off and fly towards Charlotte...
A friend of ours was walking by her house last week and was hit by a car. It nearly killed her.
