Yeah we have a favorite local butcher also. Having had a diagnosis of heart disease and subsequent stent implant in 2016 my red meat and pork consumption is limited anyway. But even with takeout in the last few months I agree, we have been supporting local businesses almost exclusively. I think the chains will be ok.
Same here,it's quality over quantity with this fabulous new diet called "Don't eat so dam' much." The weight comes off slow but steady.
