Is anybody else having problems with there direct express card today.
You mean Social Security Direct Express and not a bank card, there?
What is “Direct Express”?

I think some people are waiting for the virus stimulus payment to show up in whatever they use for money deposits.
Yes the so so security card.
I’ve been waiting on hold for an hour now waiting for someone to answer me.
Calls to almost every gov agency always take a long time just to get somebody who picks up the line. It’s even worse during this virus.
If it has to do with the stimulus check, from what I can see, quite a few people are having issues getting theirs.
Why not get a basic checking account? It solves problems like this.

The problem is I can’t use my card it keeps being declined.
I checked my account with the app and have plenty of money in there.
I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half and nobody answers I think I’m not only one trying to contact them.
I think there network has crashed.
You might try asking Comerica Bank. That’s who you are banking with.
I see. You tried logging in with a regular PC using a browser? I assume you can just go to the website and sign in. (I’m not a big fan of apps).
Well after almost two hours on hold I finally got a human and supposedly got it straightened out even so I think I’ll switch to some other bank after this furbar.
I’ve had the same problem for a couple weeks. After many tries and getting hung up on I was finally able to talk to someone who said there is nothing wrong with my card but that she could cancel it right now and issue another which would arrive in about 10 days.
The people who service Direct Express for our government are all in the Philippines.
Apparently they had the wrong address on file for me and they suspended my card.
After I finally got a human they corrected it.
