And if its not, he expanded the scope of the Mueller investigation to trap the black hats and totally not to provide an opening to give Mueller Trump related 'co-conspirators' to frame with known lies from the Steele dossier.
It was a double blind canary trap. [RR] is the sleeper that Q warned us about. He's been sleeping his entire career and put in place for this very purpose.
