Trump says “learned from Nixon, don’t fire anybody.”

Still plenty more swamp to drain, he says.

I think he implied more would be coming out about Rod Rosenstein...hmmm, and he didn’t sound positive about Wray

Re Trump said he learned from Nixon “don’t fire anyone”:

I don’t understand why he’d say this. He did an entire TV show on firing people. His most famous line is, “You’re fired!” He fired Comey and many others.

Is he playing with people here? This just fuels the TDS crowd’s perception that he’s a liar. I just don’t get this.

I have been thinking a lot about Nixon these last few days.

By comparison with the Presidents since he was driven out of office, other than Reagan and Trump, Nixon is looking better and better.

Whatever he did in his alleged coverup is nowhere near as egregious as what President Zero has done in turning the FBI, CIA etc. into America's version of the KGB (i.e., "Secret police" utilized against political opposition).

Of course Nixon never sold his office to the highest bidder either, like the Clintons did with China, Russia, the Muslim Brotherhood etc.; or, Obama with Iran.
