Remember Dan Rather? Now, again, “fake but accurate”:

1. “CBS News did not stage anything at the Cherry Health facility. Any suggestion to the contrary is 100% false,” “These allegations are alarming.”

2. They just added “at least one staffer to get in the testing line along with real patients.”

3. “We are removing the Cherry Health portion from the piece”

So they start with the mockingbird narrative, stage the story, have to admit it was faked, then “remove” the fake stuff, leaving their fraudulent narrative without anything supporting since they had faked.
