This woman looks like the one who was in the Middle of the infamous “waitress sandwich”. They were all liquored up, Chris Dodd and jackass Ted Kennedy were the ones who assaulted and molested her.
In the 80s, the restaurant in Georgetown where Kennedy and Dodd, and select staff, would show up on Fridays to get drunk, and ultimately make “waitress sandwiches” was called La Brasserie. They had private dinning rooms in the back. Everyone knew about it.
