Yes, they would. They’ve already said that abortion is too sacred to curtail even though it was being used to kill tens of millions of girls for being girls. Nor could they condemn forced abortion in the name of population control, because they hate humanity so much they want to force us to reduce our numbers. In short, abortion trumped girls’ lives.

Sorry, but no matter how much they try, their son will never become a girl. He may well want to be a girl, and he may pretend to be a girl, but he won’t be a girl ever. No matter what surgery he has, what clothes he wears, what hormones he takes, he will never become a woman either. Every cell in his body will mark him as male, and should his body be discovered by future anthropologists, they will rightly identify it as male.

That’s just how it is.
