Without a doubt, the theme park & resort business has been a huge revenue and profit generator for Disney, but it's relatively low margin. They might turn a profit of $3-$4 billion on $40 billion in sales. Not bad, but a 7-10% profit margin is not exactly in Apple's wheelhouse.
