I have newer neighbors living next door that are liberals. I’m in VA so we have the new fun filled “red flag laws”.
A year ago there was a neighborhood gathering. There was a conversation about a new gun store that had just opened. The husband from next door said... “we’re afraid of guns”, I said...”you’d piss in your polka dot panties if you saw my gun safe”. Crowd laughed. He didn’t.
