12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

Now verse 14 clearly marks the Great Tribulation, so one may claim those things happen before. For the abomination is 1,260 days into the 70th week of Daniel. Or the beginning the of 2nd 1,260 days if one prefers.

14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:
