Technically it’s the city of Santee in San Diego County. This isn’t too surprising. Santee and east county were a hot bed of white supremacist / neo-nazi skinhead activities in the 80s as I recall.
Santee has changed a lot. They have a mosque, lots of middle eastern residents (including Chaldean), and you don't even see confederate flags anymore. Those folks, mostly meth heads, have moved to Lakeside and beyond. What was once "Santucky", is now just another suburb of San Diego.
