Where are these insane policies ingrained in law? I can understand a merchant forcing individuals to comply or banning service like no shoes no service but outside on my property I don’t see where the state says I cannot have a house party.

You’re right. The Constitution assures the freedom to assemble. As long as the assembly is on your property, it’s OK. Making a guideline to forbid a gathering is NOT a law, and idiots think it is. And arrests will be made by fascist thugs.

When/if this ends, I hope there’ll be hundreds of lawsuits by people whose rights were trampled on.
