There are a lot more Rs in Ca than you realize. They are just outvoted by the masses in LA, SF areas. The same goes for many other states that are liberal. The big cities have the voting power to keep it liberal while destroying those that are keeping their state actually running.
I know folks here find this hard to believe, but some people just wanted to go to the beach.

(I used to live in Orange County back in the day, and most folks could not care less about politics—they just wanted to live their lives and be left alone.)

Hopefully these protests will plant the seed. It won’t happen immediately, but it’s encouraging nonetheless. Thanks for the info, btw; I had honestly thought it was 98% leftists out there,
Maybe so. But how many, especially those who have the ability, even want to get involved in government there, and run for office.
What good is being an R, if there aren't any good R's to vote for?
