Erik's Bike Shop in St. Paul says sales are up 50%.
Since the store is considered an essential business, it hasn't closed during the pandemic.
Here’s a field report: I was in the local bike store yesterday getting a new cable. I guess bike stores are essential. I have never seen the store so busy. And two people walked out with new bikes while I was there. The bicycle trails I ride have been full for weeks.
Getting old sucks.
