Anecdote alert!
On 4/24, an employee at my place of employment tested positive for Coronavirus antibodies. Said employee has been teleworking for 6 weeks, and was instructed to remain self-quarantined for the 14 days by the company medical staff.
The interesting part - he experienced flu-like symptoms around the first of the year, and saw a doc in early January. The diagnosis was a bad cough, which was common at the time. No symptoms since then.
Again, an anecdote, but it indicates that the Rona might have been around in early January.
For the record, this is in SE Tennessee.
Firmly believe it’s been here since December, possibly November.
I am one of many Americans who now thinks he caught it before Christmas.
As a result of post-mortem testing a California deceased was found to have died of CV. Date of death: Dec 6.
