For crying out loud you can test a person negative one day and two days later they can be positive these Dems are beyond STUPID!! Set the people FREE!!
It is really weird they are conducting all this testing and then I saw this it is a snip from the testing and tracing:

When you get to the last paragraph it says Isolation and quarantine are completely voluntary. So why are they doing all the testing for if they can not quarantine you if you test positive?
