My guess would be that there are lots of people in that region who live with multiple generations under the same roof. Add poverty and a great deal of addiction and alcoholism driving people to venture out to the off-reservation hooch stores, and it’s a recipe for disaster. I’ve driven through that region numerous times and it’s pretty desolate. There has to be something unusual going on for this or any virus to spread so rapidly out there. If there are lots of cases of multiple generations under the same roof, the “stay at home” lockdowns may actually make things worse since you guarantee that if even one person in the home gets the CCP virus, everyone gets it including, Grandma and Grandpa.
Because for people on EBT and SSI, not being able to go to the grocery store on the first weekend the month would never present a problem. //sarc
